Experimental Psychology Graduate Research

As we carry forward the spirit of research excellence at The University of Southern Mississippi, we're excited to announce the continuation of our fundraising project in honor of the late Dr. Stanley A. Kuczaj, who served as the director of the Marine Mammal Behavior and Cognition Laboratory and inspired students to explore the realms of experimental psychology during his tenure.

Building upon the foundation laid by Dr. Kuczaj's legacy, the USM Experimental Psychology Student Government (EPSG) Organization is committed to sustaining the momentum of support for the Experimental Psychology program. Our goal is to raise funds that will directly aid the EPSG in acquiring presentation materials and help cover costs that would allow for attendance and participation in various conferences. Your contributions will directly empower students in cutting-edge research within the program, fostering a culture of inquiry and academic excellence.

The funds raised through this project will support the Experimental Psychology Research Fund. This fund enables the exploration of novel topics in social issues, cognition, perception, and many more. By contributing, you play a vital role in the empirical pursuit of knowledge, providing invaluable opportunities for students to engage in meaningful research that contributes to the broader field of psychology.

Join us in propelling this initiative forward, ensuring that the Experimental Psychology program at USM continues to thrive. Your continued support will shape the future of research, empowering students to push the boundaries of discovery and make lasting contributions to the field. Together, we can build a vibrant community dedicated to pursuing knowledge within Experimental Psychology at USM.
