You Can Still Give!

Though this project has ended, you can still help Southern Miss students, faculty and staff by making a gift to the Southern Miss Emergency Relief Fund, the Eagle's Nest Food Pantry or the Southern Miss Fund.

Thank you to all who have reached out expressing concern for our Southern Miss family regarding the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and severe weather events in April, which devastated communities across the Pine Belt and throughout the Southeast.

We care deeply about the health, safety and well-being of all students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends. We are sensitive to the burdens caused by this international public health crisis and the recent catastrophic weather. Many of our own have experienced financial hardships and loss during these difficult times. By supporting any of the funds listed below, your gift will directly impact critical needs.

You can:

  • Provide assistance to students, faculty and staff facing emergency hardships by contributing to the Southern Miss Emergency Relief Fund.

  • Provide resources and support for students, faculty and staff who are temporarily experiencing challenges accessing basic necessities through a gift to the Eagle’s Nest Food Pantry.
  • Provide support to other areas of the University in great need by donating to the Southern Miss Fund.

We understand these are uncertain times for many, but please give what you can. Your gift, no matter the amount, will leave a lasting impression on Golden Eagles in need.

Although the COVID-19 pandemic has presented challenges like never before, Southern Miss is no stranger to the devastation and destruction caused by severe weather. Like a convocation of Golden Eagles in the wild, let us unite online to make a great impact on those in need! Please help spread the word about this important effort through your personal networks.

Thank you and Southern Miss to the Top!
